Hey folks, here is the download for the philips software. Philips hasn't responded regarding the availability of the download so until further notice, here is the download. If they ever do respond and want the software removed from this forum, i'll have to remove it.

Hi Brian
I just completed a fit with Jabra 20 and returned them. Basically, I found the noise is louder than the HAS who brought me to the Costsco check out area. This is a disappointment but I decided to wait for Philips 9050. I also tried for a week Phonak L90 but returned them since i found the batteries did not last. They started fading around 9 PM. Otherwise, they were good although cost a $1,000 more than Costco's offerings
I have another appointment at end of July. I hope I can then compare in real time Philips and Jabra. I have wore HA for 10 years and only need new ones since I lost one of them.
Thanks for all your advice.
George
Hey Boss, thanks! As a DIYer it was great to see your recent DIY vid. I have a pair of 9040s.
On the audiologyonline.com site I was able to access a couple of training vids on HearSuite 2023.2. They both describe some changes in the proprietary fitting rationales, Fit4Speech and Fit4Hearing. But then they go on to say, "While we are touching on these points so you are aware of these changes, it is important to note that it is necessary to ensure that members are fit and verified to NAL-NL2, based on Costco protocols."
Huh? You always have to fit to NAL-NL2? Would the vid discuss other rationales for viewers outside the U.S. who aren't working at Costco Hearing Centers?
I guess that Costco's REM equipment can't target the proprietary rationales, and targets only the NAL and DSL rationales and Costco has chosen -NL2. And as we know, to its credit REM is part of Costco's protocols.
